So, you've made it this far, which likely means you're ready to move yourself up on your priority list. Now just to find the right therapist...
I believe "fit" really matters in the client/therapist relationship; so let me tell you a little about myself. I’m an Introvert, an Enneagram One & recovering perfectionist. I’ve lived in Charleston for almost two decades and love calling the Lowcountry home.
I became a therapist because I want to help people live into their best, most authentic selves – freed from or at least aware of what keeps them playing small. As a woman in "the middle" I'm keenly aware of the challenges we face that affect our bodies, minds and spirits. And, I'm passionate about helping others navigate this time with courage and confidence.
Most people would describe me as calm, direct, and honest. I do my best to ensure my clients feel safe and at ease so you can do the work required to live your best, most authentic life.
If you'd like to chat about the counseling process or have questions, call or text for a no-cost phone consultation. I'd be happy to hear from you!
